This is such a cool book. It‘s HUGE and it combines my new(ish) found love of Nature Poetry and my long time love of Nature Photography. When I bought this, I had no idea I‘d used the book to get suggestions last spring.

pickThis book is great! I love how the poems are broken up into different categories that relate to certain parts of nature, like animals and natural disasters etc. The pictures are also beautiful and so fun to look at.
After seeing one of my Litsy friend's post, I purchased this book to include as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves poetry, photography and nature. Sounded perfect. Alas, when it arrived, I realized that it was just too juvenile for his taste. But not for mine! Snow day here--luckily my kindergartener's Scholastic order came in yesterday!
Picked this up today at the library for the kids to use when we homeschool this year, and I think I might end up loving it even more than they will.
