I wasn't sure how much I would enjoy this story as it is between books, but I enjoyed it a lot. I think it helps set up the next book and gives you background to fill in some blanks.

Ah! Back to the charm of the first few books. It‘s hard to believe that this whole story happened and Hudson barely refers to it the rest of the series, but it was a charming book and helped me remember why I enjoyed this series. I appreciated the simplicity of the plot compared to the later installments

Ok let me explain. Book #4 of the Crave series (Court) left off on such a cliffhanger I couldn‘t wait to dive into Book #5- this one Charm. However, Book #5 does not continue right after Book #4. Instead it fills in the gaps. This is the story of the missing 4 months in Book #4 when Grace & Hudson were trapped together in her mind. We get the entire story told from both of their point of views. Book #6 (Cherish) will be the continuation of Book #4
