TheKidUpstairs @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks ugh. I'm trying to be better about drinking water, too. I hate drinking water during the day, but for some reason at about 8 pm I start craving it. So weird. 3y

Eggs @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @TheKidUpstairs Think of your body as a car engine—if you don‘t keep water in there, your car overheats and stops running ❣️All noncaffeine beverages count-sparkling water etc. also try lime or lemon wedge in cold water! Or herbal tea 🍵❤️❤️ 3y
ElizaMarie I have made my #21for21 list for things I want to accomplish this year. Some are one off things : like get a tattoo and others are more everyday changes like “drink 8oz of water in the AM before I check my phone“ ... Here is to a healthy and happy 2021! 3y
