I‘ve been reading one of these short stories in between each longer read throughout December and have finally finished. I enjoyed these, all pretty dark, most festive, and all entertaining!

#WinterGames #ReindeerGamers @LiseWorks a collection of short stories. Some festive some less so all on the chilling crime side. Some I did figure out but they were all pretty good. I do like Val McDermid.

I am posting one book per day from my extensive to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it, I just do. Some will be old, some will be new. Don‘t judge me - I have a lot of books. Join in if you want!

This was fun to dip into over the course of the week BUT at about 2/3 of the way through, she completely abandons the Christmas theme. The stories were still enjoyable, it just seemed odd. Still a pick as she is a master.

I love short stories, especially when they are murder mysteries.
