Mehso-so

This story was really hard to read. The hero is troubled. And the heroine has her own issues. Two very broken people and a rather violent storyline. Really not for the faint of heart.

In the same series as the tagged book but this one isn‘t in the Litsy database. I couldn‘t let October go without one more #Scarathlon book for #TeamSlaughter and although I don‘t love this series, I do love this one. I went out of order to read this so maybe the series gets better but I‘ve only read the prequel and book 1 and I think this is probably 7.5 or so. As MC romance goes, there wasn‘t much but👇

CocoReads It was good to catch up with the members and made me want to continue the series (thank goodness for #ProgressItNovember). Since a serial killer is targeting the guys of the Rurhless Kings MC, and 3 characters are in massive danger (including Tongue, my favorite), it was light on the romance but spot on the danger and the bad guy gets away so I‘m hoping the author picks that storyline back up. I want to know more! 26 points for #TeamSlaughter 5y

This one is MUCH better. I was ready to write off the entire series bc of “Reaper” but tried this one. MMC is brother of FMC from bk1 & has some disturbing issues which are actually discussed & the club gets behind him seeking help! Mental health win! He uncovers some sinister sex trafficking going on in a different chapters club and knight in shining armours that shit. Good development for MMC and showing how a person can suffer internally.
