When she receives an exquisite copy of the Kama Sutra from her best friend, Robin, to appraise and restore, Brooklyn Wainwright anticipates both recreating a beautiful book and spicing up her love life. This was another good installment in this #cozy #cozymystery #series. I‘m slowly making my way to the 12th book in this series that my sister bought me this past Christmas. 🙃

Catching up on cozies in the car 😁 And who doesn't love a good book about book lovers?!? Throw in a few murders, some double, (or triple) timing spies, and a little romance and it seems like a good combination to me 😆

I started cross stitching several months ago and I love it. It‘s so relaxing. I am doing some audiostitching today with the tagged book. This is the 4th book in the series and they changed the narrator. I was used to all of the characters‘ voices and now they‘re all different. Oh well, a small thing in the grand scheme of things.

Mitch That looks so intriguing! 6y
melbeautyandbooks Thanks @Mitch! Here‘s what she‘ll look like when she‘s done, months from now. https://heavenandearthdesigns.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=160_17&... 6y

melbeautyandbooks @JoScho Thank you! This company does a fabulous job of taking an artist‘s paintings and making them into a pattern of tiny little Xs to stitch. 6y

This is the 4th book in the series but the 1st one I've ever read. I enjoyed it well enough and liked most of the characters. The main character, Brooklyn, is a book restorer, and, in this book her best friend, Robin, brings her an old copy of the Kama Sutra to restore that also hides a secret. Then people start dying and Brooklyn has to figure out why. #ilovecozies
