Nice book of sound, plant-based recipes but sadly of limited use in my kitchen:
1. Lots of avocado = heckin' expensive
2. Leans heavily on mushrooms and aubergine, which daughter won't touch with a 50ft barge pole
3. Breakfasts chapter: breakfast is, and shall always be, tea and porridge 😆
4. Cocktails chapter: I'm not interested in hosting parties, just want to feed my family
Still, I look forward to trying some things I bookmarked.

Caroline2 Yes!! Soooo many vegan recipes rely on mushrooms and I‘m allergic. 🙄 I‘ve had this book for over a year now and I‘ve still not tried one recipe yet!! 🤦‍♀️ 😂 3mo

One of THE best vegan cookbooks out there , has my go to brownie and birthday cake recipe.
Love the Bosh boys and currently own all of their cookbooks , they also had a plantbased show on morning tv , made me soooo hungry watching it 😂

VeganCleopatra Thanks! It is the same one I found online. Metric to American measurements...🤦‍♀️ That does seem like a lot of sugar, no? Are they overly sweet? Weird question about brownies probably. 4y

Powered_By_Plants @VeganCleopatra glad you managed to find it , they have loads of videos on YouTube too. 😂 yep the amount of times Iv had to turn to google to convert cups to lbs . They are definitely not the healthiest! Have you heard of Deliciously Ella , she has plant based healthier options. I‘m sure I have a recipe somewhere for black bean brownies! Strange but it works 🤷‍♀️ 4y

VeganCleopatra I've had black bean brownies, they're not bad. My husband likes regular though and to be honest I haven't found a recipe for all these years that I ever loved as much as stupid box mixes growing up so I make the recipes he's liked. I once had a recipe come out perfect but it has never come out the same since...baking at elevation in a pain. I had not heard of Deliciously Ella, thanks I'll look her up. 4y

VeganCleopatra Oh and the conversion thing...probably the worst part is it differs by ingredient so you can't even translate across the board easily. Sigh. 4y

Amazing vegan cookbook. Some real niggles with formatting (no idea how long each meal takes, text in prose etc.) but my goodness the recipes are good. Some real treats here (the Mac and Cheese is pure food porn). Vegan or not this is a complete must have. I'm hungry just writing this. #vegan #foodporn
