Today is the first day that my library is (partially) opening back up (they closed in early March) with curbside pickup of holds. Was I supposed to be putting books on hold during all of this?! 😂 Now I‘m just gonna have to wait for @MicheleinPhilly to support her local indie and mail me the good summer releases...
kyraleseberg Curbside has been successful at my library the last 3 weeks. Hope it works just as well for yours! 4y

Chrys My library just started taking returns today and will do curbside pickup next week. They have frozen our ability to place holds until then, so I have a list in a notebook ready and waiting 😊 4y
rabbitprincess Our library is planning to do curbside pickup and returns starting in June, but at select branches only (ones that can handle the massive volume of returns). They also set my books to be due July 15, so I am in no hurry to go...also my local branch is not one of the ones opening. 4y
MallenNC My library has been closed since mid-March and they haven‘t allowed any holds during that time (just ebooks on Libby). I wish I could put some on hold now but I guess they still don‘t know when they‘ll reopen, even curbside. 4y

LauraBeth @Princess-Kingofkings Yeah - I think it definitely takes some out-of-the-box thinking from the library‘s leadership. There are a LOT of changes they‘ve had to implement! 4y

LauraBeth @rabbitprincess I‘m going to hold off on going for now bc my library hasn‘t even set a date as to when returns are due. They‘ve also changed it so you have until the end of June to get holds. 4y
