Stopped in at the Green Hand to buy some science fiction anthologies to read to my son, and grab a third store t-shirt. I hate selfies and need a haircut, but Michelle said I could take a picture of her to demo our new “tag a venue“ feature!
If you come to Portland, you have to visit the Green Hand. The stock is curated, not random. And Michelle, who is also an artist and author, is one of the very few people I trust to recommend fiction to me.

ValerieAndBooks Hmm. So I went to LT and Baldwin‘s Book Barn is already a local venue but it doesn‘t show up in a Litsy search. Then I added a local used bookstore on LT (Second Reading II) just now and it may be too soon for it to show up on Litsy. Overall this is a great idea that we‘ll all love using! 5y
TimSpalding @ValerieAndBooks Hi. It appears that it's not correctly working with “smart“ apostrophes—that is ‘ rather than '. (Still can't see the difference? One is slightly curved.) So “Baldwin's Book Barn“ works, but not “Baldwin‘s Book Barn.“ I'll get to work on that. Your other venue should be in now. 5y
