panI don't know if it's just me, but I CANNOT get into Cooney's writing style. I also feel like her plots feel a little disjointed. I was hoping I'd feel different about this one but from the very first page I knew I was going to have a rough time finishing it.
I think her books are much more suited to be movies than reading material. They're full of action that just doesn't play out well for me as a reader.
