(1961) Third in Goscinny's series featuring Gaulish warriors Astérix and Obélix. In this one, A&O have to rescue the village druid Panoramix ("Getafix" in the English translations) who has been abducted by Visigoths (the Western Goths who live to the east, explains Asterix, to Obélix's perplexment.)

It's fun as always, and I think this is the earliest in the month I've ever completed a #BookSpin -- Yay!

My #BookSpin and #DoubleSpin reads for January start the year off right with adventures from two of my favorite series.

I'm imagining an old-fashioned Marvel-Teamup style "Asterix and Obelix Meet the Three Investigators" adventure and thinking for that I'd need All The Popcorn.
