Sooo this book was pretty good in keeping me interested and wanting to find out the ending but then the ending came and I was like 🤨 ehhh a little far fetched. But if you go along with it, it‘s a pretty good quick read though.

I have this book listed on eBay. I was going to take it to a used bookstore later this month but they won't take it because it's a former library book. It's in very good condition and doesn't smell of smoke. I have an auction going for it or you can buy it now. US members only!

Amazing the things you find when you‘re forced to go through all the crap you have on the floor of your room. Only step one in this process of endless steps...ahhh!

Someone posted the other day about weird things being on book pages 😷🤢 I'm sorry I can't remember who it was but ......I feel ya‼️

Mommamanzi I take it you have never played the "poop or chocolate game"? I had to lear the hard way with having kids... it's NOT a safe game to play haha. (edited) 7y
CocoReads Agh, it was me. 🤢🤢 7y
Nerdfins *HORK.* 🤢 7y
CocoReads Clorox wipes cleared the problem up for me, although it wrinkled the pages. Still, I felt better. 7y

JoeStalksBeck @Nerdfins lmao!! You're hilarious 😂 7y
CocoReads I was super grossed out so I feel your pain! 7y
12parsecs This and my irrational fear of bed bugs keeps me away from used and borrowed books unfortunately 😞 7y
WarpedSweetness @12parsecs Any fear of bed bugs is not irrational!! A double block I lived in got bed bugs from the neighbor and I had to get rid of almost all of my books. :-( So now I stay away from anything used. 7y
kspenmoll Not paranoid- my sister & a close friend hot them - nightmare!!!! 7y
LauraJ @12parsecs One of my neighbors is a librarian and she gets bedbugs a lot. An exterminator friend told me to stick used books in the freezer for a few days to kill any bugs if I suspect a problem. 7y
tpixie @LauraJ good idea 7y
mjdowens I just returned a book that is smeared with "brown stuff" on at least half the pages in the book. It was gag worthy? 7y
allthembooks The guess what-this-brown-smear-is game is only funny for so long.. I work in two public libraries and it never ceases to amaze me what people will do to a book and then have the balls to return it like nothing happened. Literally had someone return a moldy magazine last week. The bed bug thing terrifies me as well, I'm yet to encounter them at work though, thankfully! 7y
ZoeyPeacock @allthembooks I don't get it either. I put time into making sure my kids treated books with care, and library books got extra care! And I know accidents happen, but just buy the library a new book! 7y
