Poetry. Unique and fun idea, This author uses letters from only one word to come up with a poem about that word. Reminds me of an anagram, a riddle, and a puzzle all squeezed into one. Very creative idea and the simple illustrations add a nice touch to the book.

Poetry. This book has multiple poems produced from single words. I love how creative this is as it opens up a door for children to explore words inside of words. The author uses repetition by extracting words from the initial word at the beginning of each poem. Very easy for children to follow along. The illustrations are very simplistic and represent the text well!

I would read this book to kindergarteners, 1st and 2nd graders. This book is great for young children to read and be able to listen o the poems. It's a fun story to introduce to kids.

This book is a poetry book. This poem uses a lot of sensory images. Each page the words are falling down and all mismatched down the pages. This adds a lot of imagery of how the lemonade would actually be poured.

Lemonade by Bob Raczka was a very quick read story of poems that was titled with one word and below were different words you could make from the title word. For example friends you could make fred finds and ed. This is a very educational and fun read for children. As a teacher you could cover up the answers and ask the children what words they can get from the title word and then show them if they were correct or if there were more they missed.

This is an interesting poetry book because all the poems come from one word. It's very fun to read the words as they seem to fall down the page. Would read again just for fun. Seems like the fractured way the words are written is good for teaching reading skills.

These poems remind me of anagrams and riddles put together. This would be a fun twist on traditional poetry that kids may be used to seeing.
