Not sure I‘ll make many of the recipes in here, but at least I have lemons and fresh herbs if I do. Some recipes are needlessly complicated and others are kind of out there (peaches and dill? No thanks.) Kinda bougie in that “Take your Staub pan, add oat flour that you‘ve made in your Vitamix blender, and cook for 17 hours, stirring every 15 minutes with an Irish oatmeal stick” sort of way. It is a gorgeously shot, beautiful cookbook, though.

LeahBergen 😆😆 Too much work for me! 5y
Kappadeemom That is hilarious! 5y
Tamra I loved the dressings chart, but the rest I wasn‘t impressed. 5y

Aimeesue @LeahBergen These people can‘t have kids. Or even a dog that has to be walked, come to think of it. The time and effort that they put into this food! Hoo boy. 5y
Aimeesue @Tamra Yeah, I didn‘t find a lot in there. Except for the Strawberry, peach, and basil sangria maybe. It sounds good, but I don‘t really drink, so. . . 😂 5y
Tamra @Aimeesue amen! 😆 5y
