Anybody Seen Junebug?
Anybody Seen Junebug? | Delores Thornton
3 posts
In an effort to hold onto his deceased grandmother, Junebug has become her. And not only her, but other ancestors she has told him about as well. In this spin-off of the novel, Babe, we begin to see the fine line that separates a broken heart from a shattered mind. Has Junebug crossed it? Can anybody reach him? Has “Anybody Seen Junebug?” “Delores Thornton scores a major hit with Anybody Seen Junebug?, a witty and earthy tale of friendship and family love in which the human spirit triumphs over grief and adversity. Read this novel. You will be greatly entertained.” —Tracy Price-Thompson, best selling author of Black Coffee and Chocolate Sangria “A great Frenchman once said, ‘An idea is irresistible.’ Delores has taken her idea and made her novel ideal reading...Anybody Seen Junebug? is irresistible....” —Joseph W. Wilkins, Simmons Bible College

June books #wrapup

I was doing well earlier in the month, and then my reading kind of fell off a cliff the last several days. Many reasons for that, but it is what it is.

I really liked both True Biz and All Shall Be Well, so I‘m calling both of them my favorite.

Forgot to post! For #JoysofJuneReadathon I‘m working on This Life for #DeadPhilosophersSociety and hope to finish The Tenant of Wildfell Hall for #PemberLittens a little ahead of schedule. I need to finish Notes from a Small Island (#DoubleSpin) and then two library books, The Road to Unfreedom (because it‘s been checked out forever) and Men Explain Things to Me (because I just picked it up and can‘t wait to start).

Andrew65 Good luck 😊 2y
