britt_brooke I‘m from Kentucky (and still consider it home though I left when I was 20), but haven‘t been to the derby either. I‘ve been to Churchill a couple of times for other races. 6y

WhatThePuck @britt_brooke I've been on Oaks day numerous times. I live 3 miles from the track most of my life. My grandparents have owner's passes from a horse they had in the 80's. 🤣 But, I've never gone to Derby. If rather do a Derby party. 6y

britt_brooke @WhatThePuck Too funny, but I completely understand. Oaks day would be fun, but derby day seems a bit too crazy for me. We went for the Breeder‘s Cup one year and that was crowded enough for me (and that‘s without the bonkers infield party). 6y

The most common mistake "Johnny! You're offsides!" Me: "Karen, you can't be offside, singular, on a throw in" #snob 6y
