Hey friends!! Below is the link for the next round of #PromptMaze !!! It's the same Google Doc except updated, so Q1 and Q2 mazes are also included. If you're like me, you get lost in all of them at the same time 😂 After tagging everyone who asked to be tagged this round, I'll post a little more info/how to play in case anyone new is interested in jumping in!! As always, thoughts/questions/improvements are welcome!!

Link below!!

TheAromaofBooks Anyone is welcome to enter the #PromptMaze !! Basically, it's a spreadsheet, and each cell contains 3 prompts. Depending on which prompt you complete, you get sent to another cell. So for the first step, if you read a book that starts with “A“ you'll go to cell B1 and then try to complete a prompt from that cell, working your way through until you find the finish!!

In order to use the Google spreadsheet, you'll need to open the link above, then⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) go to File and select “Make a Copy.“ Once you've saved your own personal copy, you can edit it however you like. I've saved the Maze with all the cells blacked out, because I like to only reveal a cell if I “land“ there. However, you are welcome to un-black-out them all if that works better for you!! I usually choose a color to “mark my spot“ of wherever I am in the maze, leaving the cells I've visited white, and the unvisited cells ⬇ 2y
TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) black. In order to change the color of the cell, click on the cell(s) you want to edit, and then locate the paint can in the icons along the top bar. Click on that, and then you can choose whichever color you would like the cell to be. Picking any color than black should allow the words to appear!!

As always, just let me know if anyone has questions and whether or not you'd like to be added to the tag list. This is 100% for fun, no ⬇

TheAromaofBooks (cont'd) prizes or anything, so you can complete this challenge however you like - one book per cell, or let one book take you as far through the maze as it can. You can plan ahead, or read a book and then see if it matches. Whatever works!!! If you get stuck and realize you'll never complete any prompts, make your own or skip to a different cell!!

I love seeing how people are progressing, so feel free to tag me with updates!!

claudiuo Thank you so much for Q3! I am still working my way through Q2 - instead of reading for the “finish“ prompt when I had the opportunity, I chose a different one and now I am on 2nd pass through several cells 😁 I'll work on both for a while. Thank you! 2y
TheAromaofBooks @claudiuo - I really enjoy going through all of them at the same time, because I read books and then see if they match any prompts. I decided to restart Q1 and Q3 this time, but still have not found the finish for Q2 despite reading 34 books that qualified for various prompts 😂 so I'm going to keep battling my way through until I finally find the ending!!! 2y
JamieArc This looks fun! And I‘m a sucker for anything having to do with a spreadsheet, lol 2y
claudiuo @TheAromaofBooks I do exactly the same thing: I don't even check if a book matches a prompt until I finish it. That was one of the reason I didn't finish Q2 when I could: reading the prompts in advance was breaking my “rule“ and in the end decided to not do that 😸
Plus, going through the maze is the fun part, finding the way out is overrated 😂

julieclair @claudiuo @TheAromaofBooks Glad I‘m not the only one who waits until I‘ve finished a book to see if it fulfills a prompt. I like the idea of keeping all the quarters in play until I finish them. I‘ll try that! (edited) 2y
Mollyanna I am the same @claudiuo @julieclair @TheAromaofBooks Which is probably why I‘m still working on Q1 😄. I have so much fun with it though… 2y
janeycanuck @Mollyanna I‘m still working on Q1, too! 2y
Mollyanna @janeycanuck 👍🏻. Glad I‘m not the only one 🤣 2y
