so-soThis has some beautiful writing and it was a little melancholy which isn‘t CLo‘s typical writing. I think it was too short to feel complete but I didn‘t mind it. Some people just fall in love with ghost I guess! 🤣 #bookspinbingo
so-soI wish I had loved this one more. As a fan of Christina Lauren's adult novels, I was really excited when Bookish Ladies Club announced that we would be reading Sublime for our buddy read exploring a variety of genres--this is paranormal romance. Unfortunately, despite an intriguing conclusion, this book was just okay for me. I think part of my reaction is due to the fact that I read SO MUCH paranormal romance when I was in the classroom. ⬇️
so-so⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Story of a supernatural teenage romance in which Colin gets captivated with a ghost named Lucy. Even if they found a way to be with each other, they soon find out that the line between life and death isn't meant to be crossed. Like it , but didn't have enough action to my taste. 5/10 ⭐️
