This book caught my attention at the thrift store. I love the cover!!!!!! I don‘t know much about this book just that it is an international bestseller and is the first book in the Only One Night series. It is a Swedish novel that has been translated. Anyone read this series?

I had a hard time getting drawn into this one but about 2/3 of the way in it got good and twisty. I didn't quite get the point of the epilogue...maybe it leads to a sequel of sorts? Overall though I liked it!

Help Litsyers!! I'm 160 pages in and I'm having trouble connecting. Anyone else? Is it worth finishing? Was there a point where it started drawing you in more? I'm considering putting it on hold for Exit West...

The premise sounds like it comes out of every rom-com we've read a billion times before, but at over 400 pages, this one has something new to offer and plenty of twisty, page-turny moments. If anything, just read it for the introduction to Sweden.

Nice to read a contemporary romance in translation--be prepared for a lot of drama and some great supporting characters.

MarriedtoMrT I saw this at the library and thought about picking it up but lots of drama may not be my thing. I do like that it's a translation. Is it a series? 8y
