I will also enjoy reading on my bonus reading nook. We had a cover built for the patio, a new dining set, a new grill, and a 12 foot triple sliding glass door. The door leads into the kitchen and dining room so we can open it up and entertain. This area is shaded all day so I see many bbqs happening this summer and summer reading lists being completed. The backyard make over is almost done. Just going to add a water feature or fountain.

My backyard reading nook is coming along. We repurposed our old furniture and changed the cushions. Need a few more pillows and some wood for fire pit.

The landscapers finished installing our new backyard that I designed. The granite square pad will be an outdoor reading nook with a firepit. It is completely shaded in the evenings. I just need to go get some patio furniture to complete it.

This is a sweet book about a little girl that badly wants to be able to see the fairies that she believes are living in her yard. It is beautifully illustrated but the colours could have been brighter. The language doesn't flow as nicely as I would like a book for small children but it is a lovely story and my 3 year old enjoyed it and asked to read it again later.
