This excerpt from the description is crazy apt - "Full of action and romance, as if Star Wars was done in the vein of Joss Whedon's Firefly." Sequel to Shadow Run, this space opera is chock full of goodness. Rich characters who you want to run away with and join the rebels. Definite recommendation if your enjoy either of the series mentioned above.

Doesn't matter how often I see this name in the book my brain still wants to translate it to Trent Reznor and Nirvana, regardless of the fact that that's not even a translation.

I recently dropped a pile of cast iron and broke my big toe. I go back in for my last followup appointment tonight. The only thing that makes me slightly look forward to it is that I have this sequel to take with me.

LazyDays I liked it for the reading uninterrupted part. I'm sorry about your toe! I've been there, never fully broke mine but the pain is real. Hope you heal quickly.🌈🌞 6y
EmilyReadsEverything @LazyDays I did it back in January. Today I find out if I kept it protected enough so it healed and I won't have to have surgery. Fingers crossed! 6y

LauraBeth Oh no - I broke my big toe in 2015 and it was SO painful! Hope you avoid surgery and that it heals well! 6y
EmilyReadsEverything @LauraBeth I was surprised. I've broken both arms and my toe was so much worse! I was released by my Ortho yesterday though. No surgery a day its healed. I just need to be careful I don't re-injure it. 6y
