BRaulerson The UDL guideline I would use is Highlight patterns, critical features, big ideas, and relationships. This is a great book to make charts with and talk about main ideas of the story and actions in it. The ESOL Strategy I would use is provide contextual support through audio visuals, models, demonstrations, body language and facial expressions. Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays: I love that the world is just starting to warm up & grow, I love the flowers, the bright & pastel colors; I love Cadbury mini eggs & jelly beans (but never Peeps 🤢). When I was a kid, my mom made “bunny prints” with her slippers & baby powder leading up to my bed to show that the Bunny had checked on me. I even love the Vigil: the Latin, the candlelight.
