I liked the set up for this novel, the newsroom setting, the characters and the journalistic subplots, but I thought it was unnecessarily over written - every aspect was flogged to within an inch of its life. Also, a #romantsy can't be really successful if a bit of me wanted her to tell him where to go at the end. #bookspinbonanza book 10

A fun premise for this #romanticcomedy. @Nessavamusic 's review intrigued me. I'm glad I picked this one up.

I really enjoyed this #romcom It gets a little slow at times but the dialogue is fantastic! So much witty banter! I definitely recommend if you enjoy a good romantic comedy. #glorytotheguild

So I was reading another romance (not listed on Litsy but I bailed in “After Care” by L.B. Dunbar for frustrating sad sack heroine. So I went to this one and it‘s a hoot. Reminiscent of classic witty newspaper movies i.e. His Girl Friday. #romanticcomedy #glorytotheguild

A great #contemporaryromance novel that made me think about unconditional positive regard, character disorientation, defense mechanisms, and struggle towards self-realization.

I liked the way how the story progressed with different dynamics (slow, fast, moderate, fast, slow, etc) and as of how it ended.

I guess, from now on, Ainslie Paton will be one of my go-to authors. :)
