I was finally able to get out and walk today after a week of surgeries + sickness! Yay! It‘s still weird though to be able to see far off without glasses and to have to wear glasses to see up close.

#bookfitnesschallenge #bfcr3 walking = 3.17 miles. I‘m trying to decide if the 45 minute meditation class I went to should count as yoga or not. Probably not, but it is mindfulness.
