Mehso-so

This is told from the perspective of a teenage girl writing to her baby sister who died on 9/11 – not in the terrorist attacks, but after being hit by a car. Among other things, it's a story about family dynamics and how we deal with grief. Unfortunately, I just didn't really connect with the protagonist; while it wasn't a bad book, I wasn't that enthusiastic about it.

Pickpick

In this young adult novel, Tess works through her grief over the death of her younger sister, Zoe. Loved the audiobook narration.
