M bit late to post my #Aprilwrapup Good reading month. I read 7 books all of them are special in its own way. I am yet to finish my #bookspin hopefully I will finish in next two days. 6 books are from my bookspin list but couldn‘t get #bookspinbingo

It‘s an insightful book about mother daughter relationship and surviving the hard times. Author beautifully narrates her mother‘s personality before & after illness. It‘s heartbreaking at the same time there is lot to learn about family, how to keep the bonds strong esp when the things are fragile. And of course the narration is too good. 5🌟

Got this one on Libby in audio. I've heard it's a tear jerker but also that Kimberly Williams is a great author.
It's narrated by Kimberly too.

Listening to this one today while working. Glad I work from home with all the tears. It's hitting pretty close to home. But it's really quite therapeutic as she's talking about a lot of things that I've felt myself over the past couple of years.

January: Book Written By A Celebrity

Well, this one made me cry. So beautiful.

I just started the audiobook and already have a lump in my throat. Dementia of a parent is personal to me and so I both slightly dread and look forward to reading this book. 💗

I finished listening to the audio version of this book, read by the author, a couple of weeks ago and absolutely love it. Honest, raw, vulnerable, funny, informative- the whole package. This book makes me want to take action. READ IT.

A heartfelt and heartbreaking book by Kimberly Williams-Paisley about slowly losing her mother to a rare form of dementia.

I'm listening to this on tape and am REALLY enjoying it so far! Really well written and the author is doing a great job reading her mother's story with respect and honesty.

This memoir really hit home for me and what we are going through with my father. KWP provides a realistic view of life with a parent who has dementia. Her ability to put so much of her private life out there for others to read will hopefully bring more awareness to this disease.

I'm having a hard time paying attention to my daughter's softball game since I brought this book with me to read.
