This was the best of the set. Fun story and, as always, terrific narration.

At nearly 3 hours for the #24B4Monday #Readathon now. I'm hoping to finish up a Kate Carlisle cozy mystery and then move on to book 5 in the Expanse. I just can't seem to get enough of that series. Hope you're all having a terrific Friday! 📚

I used to build scale models of stage sets, so when I saw the mini-Tardis kit ("NO GLUE OR SOLDER NEEDED!"), I impulsively picked it up thinking to start my own little Doctor Who shrine. See that little tiny thing nestled between the plates and ruler? That's the thing on top of the Tardis. It took me *45* freaking minutes to put it together. And it's pretty mutilated. The scale is too small and my fingers are too piggy to do this! ?

Finishing off the Tenth Doctor trilogy with the Audie-nominated 'Death and the Queen'! Donna finds a prince; but will she find her HEA? Will the Doctor lose Donna? Will the kingdom be saved? This story is all about sacrifices, and surprises. Best story of the lot (the trilogy) IMHO. #ArmchairAudies #AudioDrama 🎧

And perfect timing! 'Doctor Who: Death and the Queen' is a finalist in the #AudioDrama category. It's the third in a trilogy set; and I had to order CDs as they are not available on Audible. Happy Dr Whosday! While on vacation, I dragged myself to the gym five (!) days in a row and got through several Big Finish Doctor Who audioplays. In addition to finishing Doom Coalition 3 (featuring the Eighth Doctor) I listened to a Seventh Doctor & Ace story (Assassination Games) and the last two Tenth Doctor and Donna adventures (Time Reaver & Death and the Queen) which were much better than the first installment. It was a very productive week!
