My grandma passed away last night. She had an amazing reading voice. As kids she read us "The Night Before Christmas" every Christmas Eve. My grandparents also had all of the Stephen Cosgrove books at their house. "Wheedle on the Needle" was my favorite since they lived near Seattle. I can still hear both of those books in her voice, even 30 years later. What a gift to be her granddaughter.
