After growing up button-smashing as Sub-Zero and watching the latest silver screen adaptation, I wanted to get a better idea of the origin stories behind Mortal Kombat. The novel was a slower read than I thought it would be (maybe just my attention span?) but still a great dive into the lore of the Mortal Kombat universe! #BookSpin read complete, now on to my #DoubleSpin! @TheAromaofBooks

Latest art project. This book (and game) bring back wonderful childhood memories. Who would have ever guessed that a simple arcade fighting game would turn into such a lushly envisioned and developed world?

What got cut off here is 'Hanzo', for the curious.
