I got this as a galley, but I've seen it in the adult sci-fi section at BnN. One should know this is a young readers book though, like 2nd-5th grade not YA. The stories are short, the writing is simple, and except for a few instances where they mention the Doctor's age, it could be any Doctor as there is no personality. I started it before church and finished more than half in less than an hour. Good for kids, but adults might not enjoy it.

Mehso-so

Read the first two stories. No real connecting thread that I detect so far at least. And both are pretty simple straightforward tales. Okay but not remarkable in any way. So far it seems the book is clearly aimed at younger readers. But I will keep going and report back...

Laura317 Dang it! I was so hoping... 8y
ThatNeilGuy I've read a lot of DW novels and enjoyed all of them. Still have hopes this collection will get better for me. 8y
