The Autoimmune Solution
The Autoimmune Solution: Prevent and Reverse the Full Spectrum of Inflammatory Symptoms and Diseases | Dr. Amy Myers
2 posts | 9 read | 1 reading | 6 to read
Over 90 percent of the population suffers from inflammation or an autoimmune disorder. Until now, conventional medicine has said there is no cure. Minor irritations like rashes and runny noses are ignored, while chronic and debilitating diseases like Crohn's and rheumatoid arthritis are handled with a cocktail of toxic treatments that fail to address their root cause. But it doesn't have to be this way. In The Autoimmune Solution, Dr. Amy Myers, a renowned leader in functional medicine, offers her medically proven approach to prevent a wide range of inflammatory-related symptoms and diseases, including allergies, obesity, asthma, cardiovascular disease, fibromyalgia, lupus, IBS, chronic headaches, and Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

I'm not going to rate this book because I'm not sure if the solution works yet or not, but it is full of information (sometimes it's a bit overwhelming) and so far my son seems to be making an improvement since we've started following the protocol in the book. Crossing my fingers it's the solution he needs!

Cinfhen Hope it works! 7y
mklong Glad to hear that he is doing better! 7y
rachellayown Thanks @Cinfhen. Me too! 7y

rachellayown Thank you @mklong. He's not completely better, but there is an improvement, so I'm hopeful! 7y
julesG Just found this book through another Litten's post. Did the book, and following its protocol, help? 6y
rachellayown @julesG It didn‘t for my my son but his disease was very progressed. I have two friends following it though with excellent results! 6y
julesG Thanks! I'll try to get a library copy and have a look at it. 6y
