This book will make you want to get up, get out, get involved and make a difference! It's a quick and easy read, and while it appears he rushed it and you notice there were two different editors (not by design), it's worth the time. Now to go do something!

Mehso-so

I went back and forth on liking this and not throughout the entire book. She's likable enough, but even the end was very meh. It definitely tested my memory of high school French, too.

Mehso-so

Meh. Somewhat predictable and it took me nearly halfway through to decide I was going to finish it. It has Orwellian undertones, that's for sure, and a protagonist that you quickly grow to hate.

Oh! I will be looking for a copy for my little library. So many quotes in here were, somewhat keeping with some themes of the book, what I needed to read. Many quotes I want to use to help guide our girls as they grow.

This book has several passages so applicable to navigating today's highly charged landscape.

Coming on the heels of a snow day this week, this passage is true. More time to focus on kiddos and less of an eye toward work.

Good story with a main character who easily could have been written to hate who you pull for.

Wrapped up the first of my effort to branch out in 2017.
