I was one of those kids that wasn‘t allowed to read Harry Potter because of all the controversy so it‘s taken me a while to get to it but WOW. I knew I would fall in love upon entering the later years but was not expecting to be so enchanted on book 1. Well-written, handles the scary stuff tastefully and creatively (I, as an adult, was spooked!) and the tidbits of sass made me laugh aloud. Can‘t wait to start book 2! ✨#TeamSlytherin

I found this gem at a local coffee/book shop with my dear one and it seemed a perfect fit for the day. I am in love with his simplicity, his honesty, and how with a few words, the reader is able to visualize exactly what he‘s writing about. A very unique writing style that offers much more power than initially expected. #poetry #atticus
