Just finished reading this at work and started crying 😭. Luckily I‘m the only one here! I loved this whole series and all of the characters in it. Might have to start it over from the beginning now that I can read all the books in a row.

Excellent short story, surprisingly uplifting considering it is a King short. Quick, enjoyable read. I love pretty much everything by Stephen King! 🤡

Watching the first episode and absolutely loving it! Much darker than Sabrina the Teenage Witch and great for this time of year. I LOVE HALLOWEEN 🎃👻

Completely BONKERS in the best possible way! There‘s an 👽 and men in black, narration from a snake 🐍, conspiracies and The Bohemian Club and all kinds of quirky characters. I have yet to read a Christopher Moore novel that I don‘t absolutely love 💗. There‘s always a crazy story and a bunch of laughs 😂

Only two books away from completing my 50 book pledge for this year! 📖📚📖📚📖📚Not gonna lie, some were graphic novels so they were quicker reads but I also read the first Outlander and The Sagas of Icelanders which should count as four books each lol. I‘m hoping to finish up a bunch of short story/essay collections I‘ve started as well as Noir and War Storm. Hopefully I won‘t get too distracted by hockey🏒 or all the new seasons of TV shows🤞🏻

This took me a little while to get through because it was extremely depressing. It was also very well written and had an interesting narrative. The story mainly focuses on a young woman named Maggie and her daughter, Elodie. I found myself loving and hating all the major characters at some point. They felt very real and were well developed.

Finally finished! Now only 10000 more pages to finish the series lol. It took me a long time to get through this one. It was a great book but I think, having watched the TV show already, I wasn‘t super excited to read it because I had an idea of what was coming. Hopefully once I get past what has been covered on the show I‘ll be more able to enjoy the books!🙂

Amazing! Incredibly well written, I could not put it down! Being a true crime novel you get a lot of facts thrown at you but she also sets a scene and gives details about herself, investigators, victims and victims‘ family members that really draw you in.

Really enjoying The Woods series of graphic novels. The premise of the series is that an entire high school is transported to another planet for reasons unknown at this point. Of course they encounter other inhabitants and have some terrifying and sometimes deadly experiences. The story is great and the artwork is AMAZING!

A Darkness Absolute: A Novel | Kelley Armstrong

LOVE all of Kelley Armstrong‘s books but the Rockton novels are my favourite! This is the second in the series and, although I did like the first one better, this was also difficult to put down. The idea of a town up north with residents who are almost all running from something means you can never be 100% sure what anyone is capable of.

Got a start on making my reading nook because Winter is Coming and I want a cozy place to curl up and READ! Still need to add a few things, a shelf where I can put a little lamp and sit my coffee/tea and maybe some decorations 😄
