Loved this book, loved this story, and I love both Rhysand and Tamlin... The only one I can't get on board with is Feyre. The way she ditched Tamlin was unacceptable to me. I couldn't support her after that. 😒

Aelin_Ashryver_Galathynius Tamlin deserved to be left. He locked her inside a house, she had to shield from the power he let off when he destroyed the study, and was killing her. Rhysand saved her from a lifetime of parties and staying inside not fighting for her people in the spring court. Now, she's free in the night court. 8y
Aelin_Ashryver_Galathynius It was hard for me to accept at first because I used to love Tamlin. It needed to happen though because she would've withered away in the spring court. 8y
liztish_thebibliophile @Aelin_Ashryver_Galathynius I totally see that perspective, and I understand her leaving him, but I hated the way she went about it. They're both at fault for not talking about their issues, and the hatred she held for him and Lucien afterwards (threatening to kill).. Just no for me 😑 8y
liztish_thebibliophile @Aelin_Ashryver_Galathynius and don't get me wrong because I LOVE Rhysand.. I really do, but I don't dislike Tamlin either, so when Feyre treated him the way she did because they both had issues after under the mountain, I just wasn't on her side. 8y
Aelin_Ashryver_Galathynius I can see your thought process and it makes sense. I just thought that Tamlin was being abusive by keeping her from doing all the things she wanted to do. I was disappointed when Lucien was dragged into the whole mess though because I LOVE Lucien. 8y

I loved the creativity behind the concept of this story. I adored what Tamlin & Feyre learned from one another. Their hatred was able to bloom into love, kindness, & generosity. Together, they take that love and allow it to overcome the evil that faces to destroy the new world they've been building.
