I feel like this book is where the series really starts picking up! I still don't think Louise Penny is the best mystery writer out there (although I don't read much mystery, admittedly), I'm sticking around because I love her characters and Three Pines.

Really enjoyed listening to this book on my long commute to work. Being a working mom of a baby has its challenges, and this book helped me put some things into perspective. Also, framing our available time on a weekly basis vs. a daily one allowed me to feel much better about my schedule. Still hate leaving my baby, still like my job, and now I feel better equipped to handle life.

This book was amazingly well written and captured me from the first chapter. It is inspiring to see how Tara so greatly changed her life from a barely home schooled, backwoods country girl to an educated and strong young woman. The things she went through with her family are truly mind boggling. This was a beautiful memoir.

This was a re-read and I probably loved it even more this time. I just love Liberty and Carrington. The writing is so witty and hilarious. This is one of those books that actually makes me laugh out loud.

Really enjoying this book. Not my favorite of the Travis series, but it's definitely a captivating story!

This book is awesome so far. I love when a book can make me laugh and this one is doing a fabulous job of that!
