Good werewolf story set in Texas! The main character‘s love interest is such a badass, and I enjoyed the gender-swap, with a female werewolf instead of the typical male. Find my review on bookandcat.wordpress.com!

I know the situation surrounding this quote is pretty serious, but I had to give a head nod to the pokemon reference!

This kid! I'm kind of attached to the main character. I'm not a fan of the way she does the chapters...or maybe they're just subsections? Anyway, they're song titles! It's kind of cool, but I'm not a big fan of it.

My favorite action thus far. Very good book, by the way!

"Nothing in my culinary experience had taught me what to feed a vampire when he came for dinner." This book is amazing! I'm only on chapter 12, and I love Diana, though she's so oblivious as to how much power she truly possesses. #fantasy #Vampires #Witches #Alchemy #OhMy!

Pretty good actually! I'm not even really into science fiction, but Crichton really knows what he's doing, weaving a (kind of) tragic (really) story into the background of this scientifically suspenseful story!

Read this in Kindle app. The pictures weren't always a solid image. I expected that. Many of the things spoken of in this kind-of-really-cute guide needed the picture. I didn't expect that. I still got the gist and enjoyed it. The part about Elton John made me giggle, and most the things they say about cats are true, maybe not so dramatic. Haha. I would recommend it to people thinking of buying a cat.

Reeeeeally slow at first. I almost didn't make it. There was so much heartbreak packed into those last few chapters though. Worth it, even though I lost my dust jacket. :(

Three out of five stars. Slow to begin and not a strong enough ending to spawn two sequels... I really liked Fennel though! He's the reason it gets three instead of two!

I didn't read the first two before reading this third installment to Jack Chaucer's series. This third one, Polar Extremes, is alright. The wit really saves it, bringing it from a 2 star rating to a solid 3 star. I can't fully recommend a book without having read the first two, though.

Five out of five stars! Inventive and original, but with a strong Geisha-like quality. Albeit, kick-ass Geisha known as Asha. I recommend! Also, special thanks to SoureBooks Fire and NetGalley, as well as the author, for my copy. Truly an amazing read.
