tokorowilliamwallace A History of Wild Places was my December pick (an unusual pick for me, not usually a genre I read in) because it gave me Shyamalan vibes. But I haven't started it yet. I have a BOTM backlog still. 2y

tokorowilliamwallace @Tayostling, last time I was on a plane two Januarys ago, a third to half of my luggage was books and I had to pay extra for the weight, and so was my carry on, and I had bought an 800-page epic fantasy (and maybe something else) at the airport (which I still haven't finished by the way; also the books I bought at the Amtrak auto train station this past February). 2y
