I loved this book!
Admittedly, still being confused at a third of the way through and then needing to go back and check who-was-who-and-where was not the best start. But it‘s a testament to the writing that I was still reading despite my confusion. Normally I‘d have given up after a few chapters.
Clever plot, witty, thought provoking.

Chelseabillups30 @Soozee, I‘m in! Am I posting three right out the gate since it‘s already day three? Do I need to have the physical books or can I post digital book cover photos? 1mo
Soozee @Chelseabillups30 You can start at day 1, everyone‘s at different stages. And you can use any book cover that appeals to you, physical or digital. 1mo

Chelseabillups30 @Soozee, am I allowed to post all 7 at once or does that make me too much of a rule breaker with this challenge? I have picked my covers I want to share! 1mo

A little late but here goes
1. A Slight Change of Plan by Dee Ernst. Bland, hackneyed, cliche‘ed. It drove me mad.
2. Hmm. Nothing here. I don‘t generally watch funny shows because I don‘t usually find them funny!
3. Bran Flakes and a cuppa.
4. GMT
5. Pale Lavender Angels

This is an interesting read. And though the author‘s anthropomorphism was quite annoying, I do now find myself looking at trees in parks, road verges, fields etc and wondering if they are communicating, if they will have a shorter life for lack of a support network, if they were part of a larger wood/forest before space was cleared for housing.
Worth a read if you can cope with the idea that trees may have some sort of ‘brain‘. 😲🌲🌳

I found this book so interesting. How a farm, or estate maybe - it is very large, let it‘s land lie fallow, just grazed by small herds of cows, ponies and pigs. The benefit to the land and huge variety of wildlife it began to support was amazing. #rewilding #ukwilding #Englishnature #biodiversity

I was going to save my #spring choices for #booked2019 till, well, spring. But as we are having balmy days and the flowers and birds seem to think spring has arrived I‘ve gone for it. (Still, 16 Feb is ridiculously early for spring in northern England. I predict the cold returning, blasting all the flowers and confusing all the egg-sitting birds.)
