Short but sweet. It has some basic ideas of Stoicism and some real great nuggets of wisdom here.

This was a great book that breaks down how good habits are formed and bad habits are broken. You learn about triggers, rewards, facilitating, and habit layers. I think it also helps reinforce that you don't need LARGE life changing habits to become a better person. Small habits will build up, whether positive or negative.

A short gem. This book has all of Ken Blanchard's best quotes and thoughts on leadership. It is a really quick read but I think there are some great nugget of wisdom in this book. It also serves as an appetizer for his other books.

Awesome story of survival in a concentration camp. It doesn‘t go into gruesome details rather talks about the psychological ability to survive using the power of the mind and hope.
