This didn‘t at all go where I was expecting at the start of the book, but I still enjoyed it. The plot was good but I wanted to get to know the characters better. I must admit that I got lost a few times too, but I did have a great time reading 😊

I can‘t give much of a reason for why this book wasn‘t for me. I guess it just wasn‘t 🤷‍♀️ I really loved the beginning, but somewhere along the way, I lost the desire to keep reading. The main reason was probably that I didn‘t like Ruby at all. But I can totally understand why loads of people loved it 👍

This book was brilliant and scary all at once, and maybe I should‘ve read it earlier, but at least I‘ve read it now. This book has made me determined to stand up for myself and be strong enough to say ‘no‘.

Wish I‘d started this sooner! Such a great insight into the data! Oster is really great at providing the facts and letting you draw your own conclusions. Very easy to read and not judgemental at all. Loved it 👍

Such a great read! Marie Louise writes in such an easy to understand way. I didn‘t feel overwhelmed or like there was too much to take in. It is written in such a friendly way too, no judgement. It was very comforting to read.
It was separated into three sections which made it so much easier to find what I was looking for. But it was so readable and interesting I ended up reading it cover to cover anyway!
I will definitely be re-reading this!

I absolutely loved this from start to finish. Give me anything zombies, and I‘m all in. But this was so much more than that, and that‘s the whole point. I loved Summers‘s short, snappy writing style, and I couldn‘t put it down. This is the reason I love to read (and write) about zombies. Especially when the story isn‘t truly about zombies at all. I adored every page.

Classic vampire trash 🧛 Can‘t help but love it.

BookBoggart I just finished binge watching the whole series! So upset that they are in the works to reboot it with the creator of Riverdale bleh. Plus who else is gonna be able to play Eric Northman?! 3y
MollyLooby @BookBoggart I know! He was the perfect Eric! Its weird to me that they‘re rebooting it when it hasn‘t been that long since the original run finished 🤷‍♀️ 3y
BookBoggart Right?! They are that hurtin for content apparently. Also the actor who played Lafayette passed away. Unless they go more towards the books even then though I don't see the point. Sookie might suck less? Lol 3y
MollyLooby @BookBoggart Haha, yeah 🤣 The actor who played Lafayette was so good they didn‘t kill him off when he dies in the books, and I think that‘s a testament to how loveable he made that character. It won‘t be the same without him 3y

This hit me hard. This may be fantasy, but some of it is so true it hurts.
