pickOkay so I haven‘t posted in a year because I honestly forgot my password (shameful I know) but I‘m finally back on and perfect timing! I just finished Furyborn and it is absolutely amazing. I loved how seamlessly Claire weaves Eliana and Rielle‘s story together while keeping them separate. So that they relate and make sense together but also apart. I can‘t wait for book 2!!!

so-soI loved the mystery to this book and figuring out what happened but this was too much! Finding out everyone is DEAD. Come on! I know traumatic brain injuries can do a lot of crazy things but the fact that this girl imagined the dead cousins she murdered was not only heartbreaking but a bit too theatrical for my taste. Besides that the main character was kind of a shitty person and since the whole story is from her POV - it‘s an eh from me.
pickI finished this book two days ago and I can‘t stop thinking about how good it was! The characters are funny and witty, yet realistic. The plot is creative and fun in its own twisted way. If you like dystopian novels, fantasy, Chinese culture, and some mystery - this is a good book to read! I wish I could read it again for the first time! I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 and I cant wait for the sequel!

pickThis book was so amazing! I‘ve noticed that Blake takes a while to set up the story. She likes to give the reader all the details first and then halfway through the book you‘re in action packed scenes with crazy battles and crazier drama! The beginning did drag due to her style but once the story kicked off it was insane! Anybody that loves high fantasy and family drama needs to read this series!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!
