I enjoyed this one. The two main leads were super well developed, and all the side characters popped off the page. I loved the ones I was supposed to love and absolutely loathed the ones I was supposed to hate. In fact, my only complaint is that I wanted to see the hate-worthy characters suffer for making the protagonists so miserable. It would've been nice if a cryptid ate them, lol. But the protagonists got a lovely HEA, so I'll survive.

A quick, fun novella that got me out of a reading slump. I loved all the cryptid talk.

Finished listening to this audiobook last night. It was a nice cozy fall read, and I thought the narrators were great.

I've caught up to the October 9th chapter and hope to read one per day for the rest of the month. Liking it so far.

This was exactly what I needed. So funny and sweet. The poor characters had so much trauma that it was understandable rather than annoying when they resisted the romance, and so satisfying when they finally found their happiness.
Finished it in a two-day binge.

Finally finished this one. Loved the world-building and fierce, murdery protagonist. I liked that she was a sly poisoner rather than a stabby heroine. (I like stabby warrior heroines too, but variety is the spice of life.) I struggled to get through the middle of this book but am glad I stuck with it because the ending was great.
