It was a cute book and kind of predictable, but I loved the story plot and the characters. It did seem like most of the book was made up of Lina's mother journal--diary--entries though, and I was not a big fan of that. It was a nice touch getting to feel like you were reading Hadley's journal but I felt like there was too much of it. Overall it was a enjoyable book.

I liked this one too. No surprise there, but I definitely enjoyed the first one better. While there were moments we're my heart was beating out of my chest and I could feel the love and emotions of the characters the in between moments were not as interesting. I still recommend reading this book. It is an excellent, well written, beautifully described book. I can't wait to start the third book.
