I did not see the ending coming at all! Mind blown! 🤯 I can‘t wait for the next book in the series in April!

I know I read this book when it first came out many years ago, but when I decided to read the entire series I decided I had to reread the book. I don‘t reread books because I already know what‘s going to happen. I guess it had been such a long time that I didn‘t quite remember everything. This is a great opener to a series. Introduces all of the necessary plot lines and characters and leaves them open for greater growth throughout the series.

A great conclusion to a great series! I loved the ending. I was completely satisfied!

To start this book is not in my genre wheelhouse. Having said that. I finished the book, and rather quickly. I do have to say the end left me hanging a bit.

It took me a very long time to get into this book, and most of the true “action” of the story doesn‘t occur until 3/4 of the way through the book. It definitely leaves the reading hanging! I am grateful that the 3rd book is already available.

Love love love loved this book! The character developments and arcs are make you say what! And wow! Out loud while reading. Definitely going to continue this series and read more by this author!

I really liked this book! The idea of a world like this is strange, scary, but intriguing. I don‘t like the idea that you can die so violently because it‘s your time to die.

I listened to this book on Audible and it did take me a while to get really into the book. I have to say that most of the really good stuff happens much later on in the book. I would check out the next book in the series to see what happens next.
