panI thought reading this would be enlightening, because the author went through something very similar to one of the hard life events I‘ve been facing recently. But it wasn‘t. The book is jumbled and disorganized, poorly written and under-researched, but most of all, it‘s so damn privileged! This reads like one long, self-aggrandizing vent session with 1,000 healing techniques jammed in and no genuine self-awareness. I can‘t even.
