pickWasn‘t sure what I was getting into with this YA but I opened the cover and there were gorgeous maps of mer-societies in all the oceans and I‘m like yes, this is happening. Good decision on my part. This book gives an amazingly different background to the history of Atlantis and the creation of merfolk. I‘m happy I already have the sequel!
