Dale McCarthy appears human but it's really a #costume for the depraved #monster underneath.
Only recommended to gorehounds. For everyone else, I recommend the movie based on the book, Come Back to Me (2014). The movie differs from the book, but, overall, it is somewhat easier on the mind and the stomach...only a *little* bit easier though.
