Today is day 1 of #HaveCourageBeKind November. I wasn't around a ton of people today but I did go kayaking. I made sure to smile and say Hi to every person I passed and I even made a new friend who let me try his paddle board. Anyone else today? Even the smallest act counts

Clwojick I shared my birthday dessert, lol. I think that's kind of me. 😂 but really though, I'm glad I seen this post. I'll have to keep it in my thoughts throughout the crazy holiday months, as they can be extra taxing in the health care industry. #smileandwaveboys 7y

[DELETED] 3803335244 I helped out my neighbor. He was in need of some food, he‘s an older gentleman who struggles. He‘s a little mean at times but it was a good lesson for my kids. Because I am a firm believer that what you give out, you get back. I hope he does better this month. I think deep down he‘s just sad not angry. 7y
