Here‘s how I did on my #readyourkindle list in June. I started Royal Assassin for #realmofelderlings buddy read but I only read the prologue. I finished a series for #serieslove2025. I read some of the books on the #naturalitsy list. I started the short story for #christiescapers but I didn‘t finish it before the end of the month. Not sure if I‘ll be able to hold out & to read them in Universe order (#s 24 & 32😳). Regardless, I‘ll be buying them on my next bookstore run ‘cause my grandma will be waiting for it soon😂 I left it with her Saturday & she‘s a very quick reader.

panI'm so glad I took my own advice and got the Audiobook for the second installment of D.O.D.O
This felt like a totally different book from the first. All the characters I came to care for were either not there at all, or pushed aside so much that they became inconsequential.
I didn't like the new character, and it felt like we only ever travelled to one place - one I didn't care for.
And the ending was such a disappointment I can't even...
Starting this today…it‘s been on my shelf for ages. I doubt I‘ll finish it by the end of the month, so it should give me a head start on July‘s #bookspinbingo board!
